By purchasing a BOX Water Housings product the customer agrees to accept the risk involved
\nin using a still camera or any electronic device in a marine environment and they do so entirely
\nat their own risk. BOX Water Housings is in no way liable for any damages to the DSLR or
\nelectronic device through the use of this product. Under no circumstances and in no event will
\nBox Water Housings be liable in any way whatsoever for personal injury or property damage or
\nany other loss, damage, cost of repairs or incidental, punitive, consequential, or liquidated
\ndamages of any kind, whether based upon warranty, negligence or any other cause of action
\narising in connection with the design, manufacture, sale, transportation or use of the products
\nsold by BOX Water Housings.
\nBuyer hereby acknowledges and agrees that under no circumstances and in no event shall BOX
\nWater Housings liability exceed the sales price of the BOX Water Housing product or defective
\nBox Water Housing product.<\/p>\n
Payment is to be paid in full prior to receiving product and no cash refunds or credits will be
\nmade.
\nBOX Water Housings limited warranty warrants against material defects, workmanship and
\nmanufacturing defaults for only the BOX Water Housing product for a period of 1 year from
\ndate of the housing\u2019s completion. BOX Water Housings liability shall not exceed the repair of
\nthe BOX Water Housing.
\nAll BOX Water Housings are strongly leak tested and inspected for defects at the completion of
\nmanufacturing and again prior to release to the customer\/buyer. Only water housings that pass
\nthese quality checks are released the customer\/buyer.
\nThe customer\/buyer accepts that any risk to the camera from taking the camera and water
\nhousing into a marine\/aquatic environment will be entirely their own responsibility.<\/p>\n
1: General misuse of product.
\n2: Forcefully fitting parts or overworking the product.
\n3: Dropping the product or letting the product be subject to excessive force or sudden impact.
\n4: Taking product beyond the designated pressure depth (15-20 feet \/ 4.5-6 meters).
\n5: Any incidental or consequential damages whatsoever through extreme use.
\nIn the event that a BOX Water Housing\/product faults within the allocated warranty time
\nperiod, the water-housing\/product will be fixed at BOX Water Housings expenses (except
\nshipping costs).
\nUnder no circumstances shall the water-housing\/product be replaced. The
\nbuyer is to contact the BOX Water Housings team with the problem and appropriate
\narrangements will be made.<\/p>\n
